St. Thomas 𑁋 Finding the most important news stories of the week can be a bit stressful as you bump around online — many times being distracted by rude notifications. So today, we’re introducing a very light-weight product to help you find all the most important news coming out of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Introducing Newsroom Notes, a free subscription-based service that was created to help you better understand the news, what’s happening in the territory and around the world. News stories will be compiled by the Mint Team from a number of news sources (local, national and international) providing coverage about the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories.
Essentially, we will handpick news stories and deliver them directly to your email — at no cost, of course. This is the same way our news team stays up to date with happenings around the world.
Keep in mind that this is not the same as our monthly newsletter (still under construction — sign up here) and will be distributed several times a week to keep you up to date.
Just enter your email into the form below, check your inbox for a confirmation email, confirm your subscription — and leave the rest to us. Updates will roll out several times a week and eventually, the team hopes to push them out daily!
*optional: Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts or phone to avoid accidental spam sorting — this will be the email that delivers Newsroom Notes to you.
One of our missions is to build deeper context on major issues for Virgin Islanders living at home as well as those living abroad — we don’t believe that our news can do it alone, so we will compile the best stories just for you.
Thank you for being a reader of the newest online newspaper in the Virgin Islands! 🥳🗞📈
